Marinella Ermacora, MBA, ICD.D


Marinella Ermacora has more than 25 years of experience in information technology and communications. She worked in the fields of system development, professional services and client partnership management. Recognized for her energy and precision, she held several key positions where her action-oriented leadership contributed to the success of her teams. Through her customer centric approach and involvement in the community, she is committed to creating value for her clients. Ms. Ermacora holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management.

Stéphanie Robichaud, CMA, CPA

Director, Finance and Corporate Services

Stephanie Robichaud began her career working for the company Domtar Inc. Having joined The Createch Group’s financial and accounting service in 2005, Stephanie was named Chief of Finance in Spring of 2011. Ms. Robichaud holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Montreal HEC. She is also a member of the Certified Management Accountants Society and of the Chartered Financial Analysts Institute.

Johanne Théroux

Director, Employee Experience

Johanne is an organizational psychologist with an expertise in the areas of human resources, organizational development and change management.

She has worked for several years as a consultant in professional consulting firms and participated in several organizational transformation and technological projects. She has also held executive positions in human resources, notably at IBM and as a managing partner at SPB Organizational Psychology, a renowned Quebec-based firm in talent management and mobilization. Johanne has accompanied and coached management teams with the development of various strategies and approaches for talent mobilization, leadership development and organizational change.

In the past year, Johanne contributed as a strategic advisor to the work of the Quebec Economic and Innovation Council on talent, workforce and education.

Guy Martel, Eng., MBB

General Manager

As an expert in business transformation, Guy Martel uses the Lean Six Sigma methodology to assist his clients in the implementation of best practises. With a considerable experience of more than 28 years in the manufacturing, healthcare and service sectors, he is a strong ally for organizations that wish to reach operational excellence. During his career, Guy has been dedicated to improving organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction for several leading companies in their respective industries. He has held key positions regarding quality, production and procurement, as well as the improvement and management of business processes.

A Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Laval University, Guy also taught Lean continuous improvement methodologies as a faculty member at the McGill University School of Continuing Studies. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Operational Performance Solutions

Francis Bazinet, Eng.


Francis Bazinet has more than 17 years of experience in consulting services. He is specialized in operational performance improvement through the optimization of process and management practices. The interventions led by Francis pertain to the definition of the new strategies and improvement program. He coordinates their implementation to bring concrete results to his clients. He works more specifically at manufacturing, business and planning process level as well as on maintenance management processes. Mr. Bazinet holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and a degree in Industrial Engineering.

Christian Dubuc, Eng.


Christian has more than 17 years of consulting experience. Since 1999, he has led several strategic interventions to improve operational efficiency and participated the development of a process management culture in various sectors including the service, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industry in Quebec and the United States.

Mr. Dubuc holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering of Université de Sherbrooke, he has a Master Process certification from Hammer & Co. (Boston). He is also a certified continuous improvement trainer from the Ministry of Economic Development, Innovation and Export Trade. Mr. Dubuc is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Frédérick Gagnon, Eng., M.Eng., LSSMBB


Frédérick Gagnon has over twenty years of experience, including fifteen years in consultation acquired in industrial sectors as well as in public and private services. During his career, he has intervened within organizations of all sizes in the framework of Lean deployment, process optimization and continuous improvement projects. Mr. Gagnon masters the Lean and Design for Lean Six Sigma approaches as well as the processes related to these methods. A seasoned trainer and Kaizen facilitator, he can help his clients carry out organizational transformation projects in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders. To date, he has achieved and overseen improvement projects in more than one hundred organizations.

Frédérick Gagnon is a member of McGill’s University faculty where he teaches Lean methodology inspired by the Toyota management principle model as part of the School of Continuing Studies degree. He has a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, a master’s degree in engineering from the Université de Sherbrooke and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.

With over 20 years of experience, Denzil Solomon demonstrates cross-functional expertise, versatility, and a proven track record that has driven results. During his career, Mr. Solomon has been a part of Internet and technological companies such as Tucows Interactive (TCX) and Internet Direct Canada Inc. (TSX: IDX). As a direct outcome of his efforts and partnerships, he has helped these businesses improve performance and growth by accelerating change. Today, he is responsible for providing solutions to organizations that are on their journey to realizing the benefits brought together by people, processes and assets. As a sales leader, he is passionate about helping individuals and companies perform at an exceptional level. Mario Chabot, MBA, PMP

General Manager

Mario Chabot has over 30 years of experience in the field of information technology. In 1992, Mr. Chabot aimed his career towards management. Since then, he has workedon different managerial projects, particularly in the management of service delivery in IT consulting firms. Throughout his career, Mr. Chabot participated in mandates executed under different delivery models, including public-private partnerships (PPPs). He has managed and supervised consulting projects, system development, software integration and system maintenance in Canada and abroad. Mr. Chabot holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a Master in Business Administration (MBA). He also is an accredited PMP (Project Management Professional). 

Christiane Laramée, MBA


Christiane has more than 30 years of experience in integrated solutions, including ten years in the SAP environment. Throughout her career, she has worked in a wide variety of fields, such as retail, manufacturing, and health sectors.

Her expertise combined with her success in organizational transformation allows many companies to increase their revenue and profitability. In fact, she ensures an outstanding customer support regarding software solution implementations.

Focusing on communication with both her clients and colleagues, her career has let her manage and grow motivated teams, committed to high-quality work.

She also has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Operations Research completed at Montreal University, as well as a master's degree in Management of MBA Operations (Hautes Études commerciales - HEC).

Benoir Rail, PMP


Benoit Rail has over 25 years’ professional experience with information technology. As a seasoned project manager, he has worked with companies in the retail, wholesale and distribution, pharmaceutical, finance, insurance, and aerospace sectors. He has mainly managed and supervised enterprise resource planning (ERP), business intelligence (BI) and customer relationship management (CRM) implementation projects.

Supported by his wide experience, Benoit Rail advocates an approach based on his clients’ needs, managing performing teams and achieving tangible results.

Benoit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administration. He is also a certified PMP (Project Management Professional).

Stéphane Chantal, Eng., MBA

General Manager

During his professional career, Stéphane Chantal played a particularly significant role for Québec companies through his participation in the implementation of technological tools such as the ERP and MES systems (Manufacturing Execution System) and electronic commerce. In 2003, working with The Createch Group, he was at the helm of an innovative ERP and electronic commerce project that won an OCTAS in the Fédération Informatique du Québec (FIQ) competition, in the category ‘Transformation of Business Processes’. Mr. Chantal holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Université Laval de Québec and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Montréal’s McGill University.

Hélène Kyriakakis

General Manager

Helene Kyriakakis is responsible for Createch’s SAP Business Unit in Canada. Ms.Kyriakakis has twenty years of consulting experience with midsize and large enterprises. During her career, she has managed numerous SAP implementations involving major changes and requiring strong governance processes. Prior to joining Createch, Ms. Kyriakakis held several leadership positions within IBM Global Services. With her extensive experience in complex projects, she brings strong skills to enterprises looking forward to controlling risks and maximize their SAP project's benefits. Ms. Kyriakakis holds a BA in Finance from Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Montreal.

Steve Culhane, Eng.


Steve Culhane has over 25 years’ experience with manufacturing environments: manufacturing management, system design and development.
Over the past 20 years, his accomplishments have revolved mainly around the SAP business solutions integration field. More specifically, he has managed SAP projects within manufacturing and distribution companies. Steve Culhane brings a strategic and operational vision to management and project teams, ensuring a successful delivery aligned with our clients’ current and future business needs.

A member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec, he obtained his Industrial Engineering diploma, with Automation and Control option, from the École Polytechnique de Montréal.

Michel Gagné

Principal, Application Management Services

Employed at The Createch Group since 2000, Michel Gagné has been responsible for the daily management of the SAP support team for more than 10 years. He has nearly 20 years of experience in SAP consulting, backed by 10 years in sales and logistics. Recognized for his capacity to solve problems, Michel Gagné is a seasoned consultant committed to ensuring client satisfaction and proposing solutions based on quality. M. Gagné holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQÀM). He is also SAP ECC SD (sales and distribution) and SAP ECC PM (maintenance management) certified.

Eric Le du

Principal, Architecture and Innovation

Éric has over 20 years’ experience in information systems analysis, design, development, and management. An innovation expert, Mr. Le du facilitates client implementations using his vast knowledge , as well as by selecting the right tools. Éric feeds off novelty and his journey within the wide world of SAP proves it.

Recognized for his aptitude in communication , he has been a lecturer at conferences and in classes for SAP France for the past 10 years. He has also had the opportunity to speak at meetings about innovation for SAP and ASUG (America’s SAP User Group) across Canada. Mr. Le du holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics.

Puneet Mallick, MBA

Principal, Sales and Services

Puneet Mallick is responsible for selling SAP solutions and services in Ontario and Western Canada. Mr. Mallick has over 20 years of experience in the field of information technology and ERP solutions. Before joining The Createch Group, he worked at SAP Canada for 15 years, where he managed many complex projects. Puneet Mallick possesses excellent knowledge of SAP applications, bringing tangible benefits to medium and large-size companies. Known for his professionalism and listening skills, he guides businesses through their entire processes in order to provide the best solution to meet current and future needs. Puneet Mallick holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from the Bangalore University and a Master in Business Administration from Southeastern University.
