- Ensure faster and easier preparation of consolidated financial statements, while taking into acount data from two different ERP systems.
- Allow easier access to financial statements' data.

- Automate the reporting process with the construction of predefined reports maintained by a team of users

- The initial objective of the implementation was achieved. The organization's financial statements were consolidated.
- Because of SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, Manac was able to halve its preparation time pertaining to consolidated financial statements. The month-end closing process has therefore decreased from 12-15 days to 7-8 days.
- The different reports and charts can now be obtained more easily and quickly. No data entry is necessary; the information is now directly extracted.
- Due to a greater ease in extracting relevant information, Manac can generate more financial information in less time.

Implementation of the SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Solution
- Progressing by way of the efforts made in 2014, Manac aspires to make information easier to visualize with SAP's BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Solution. The next step of the project is to develop interfaces with dashboards and performance indicators. By combining this with automation, it will be possible to monitor these indicators and to braodcast them to key stakeholders.
