  • Complete a pilot project at St. Lawrence Cement for implementing management reports and key management indicators, within the framework of a standardization project for the Holcim group
  • Based on a unique and standardized business model, the implementation of these reports and indicators involves significant changes in ways of doing things

  • Keeping in mind the wide variety of information sources required to meet needs, design a global solution for the company’s business intelligence systems in order to effectively standardize management indicators, business rules and information distribution
